WE Finance Code

Global Forum 2026

Paris | October 1-2, 2026 | Hosted by OECD

The 2026 WE Finance Code Global Forum will take place in-person on October 1–2, 2026, at the OECD Headquarters in Paris, France.

The Forum will bring together the Global Community of National Champions – a cadre of leaders from Central Banks and financial sector regulators, supply-side data aggregators, trade associations, and National Code coordinators who are at the forefront of implementing the Code in their respective countries. The community will be joined by a network of influential ecosystem actors, leading financial institutions, strategic development partners, investors, donors, and key stakeholders from across the globe.

This Forum marks a pivotal moment in the Code’s evolution. It will celebrate the success of the pilot phase, and it will mark the beginning of the scale-up implementation phase. Over two days, participants will actively engage in high-level dialogue, peer learning, and collaborative exchange.

The Forum will center on three critical priorities:

  • Translating commitments into lasting, measurable outcomes for women entrepreneurs
  • Strengthening data systems to deepen impact, drive better policy outcomes, and inform the development of more effective financial products for women entrepreneurs, and
  • Advancing market and policy incentives that encourage greater financing for women-led businesses.
